Shipping & Refund Policy

At Black Glow Brand, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience to our customers. Our shipping policy is as follows:

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped out. Our average shipping time ranges from 2-7 days, depending on your location and any unforeseen delays or weather events.

Please note that once items have been processed, cancellations are not possible. We only accept returns for missing or defective items, or if the item received is not what you had purchased. In such cases, we offer store credit, provided that the returned items are unworn and undamaged with their original tags intact. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please be aware that any items lost in transit or damaged during the return process are not the responsibility of Black Glow Brand. If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. After this time, we will not be able to offer any resolution.
