Chargeback Prevention Policy

At our company, we take chargeback prevention seriously to ensure the protection of our business. If a customer initiates a chargeback or merchant dispute and is successful in recovering funds for products they owe payment for, we will provide documentation to the issuing bank as proof of delivery.  In the event of fraudulent or false chargebacks, there will be a mandatory $50 fee. Customers must verify shipment and payment details, quality check, and need of the product before purchasing. By agreeing to our policy, customers are obligated to pay in full for any product purchased from our company. Failure to pay will result in lawful action.
