Thank you for choosing our pre-order service. Once you place an order for an item marked as pre-order, you will receive regular email updates during the duration of your shipment. Please note that orders must be cancelled before processing begins. Pre-order items are non-refundable. By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to the waiting period and the terms outlined in this policy.
